Terms and Conditions

Users are responsible for how they use STARVAS Systems Services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and account access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Use the Services only for lawful, ethical, and intended purposes

Users must NOT:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse systems, servers, or networks
• Share, sell, or transfer accounts without authorization
• Upload harmful software, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities

STARVAS Systems is not responsible for losses caused by user negligence or compromised accounts.

STARVAS Systems provides digital services including LMS platforms, AI tools, software solutions, training systems, and digital content.

All materials within the Services—including but not limited to:

• Software and system designs
• Training courses and LMS content
• AI models, tools, and outputs
• Logos, branding, and visual identity
• Text, graphics, videos, and documentation

are the exclusive property of STARVAS Systems or its licensed partners.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or organizational purposes only.

You must NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract system code
• Use STARVAS branding, name, or materials for commercial purposes without approval
• Resell or redistribute learning materials or software

We may update, modify, or remove content at any time without prior notice.

Some STARVAS Systems Services may require payment, subscription, or licensing.

You agree that:

• Payment must be completed before access is granted (unless otherwise agreed)
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
• Pricing may change with prior notice
• Third-party payment providers may process transactions under their own terms

STARVAS Systems may integrate third-party tools, APIs, or platforms to enhance services. However, we are not responsible for:

• Third-party service performance or availability
• Data handling or security outside our systems
• Losses caused by external platforms

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or absolute accuracy of outputs.

STARVAS Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

STARVAS Systems reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Restrict access to Services at our discretion
• Discontinue or modify Services without prior notice
• Take legal action in cases of abuse, fraud, or misuse

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Cyberattacks or system failures
• Government restrictions
• Internet or infrastructure outages

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections will still remain enforceable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through competent Kenyan courts.
